Gerry Gardiner

Gerry oversees all aspects of the business with the support of an experienced management team. He takes a leading role in maintaining client relationships to ensure their expectations are met whilst monitoring the overall production process ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the Oakbridge exceptional level of quality. Gerry has been in Senior Management roles in the Construction and House Building industry in excess of 35 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Company.

Ben Bradley

Ben manages the pre-construction aspects of our projects from inception through to construction. This includes tendering, contract finalisation, client decisions, as well as the management of designers and client costs.

Ben has worked in the industry for 20 years and his career has covered all elements of design and construction management roles in both property development and main contracting.

Michael Clifton

Head of Design

Michael manages the Design and Technical Teams at Oakbridge Bespoke. He and his team work closely with our clients ensuring they are engaged throughout the design development and their brief is achieved. Michael also takes a leading role with our specialist subcontractors and suppliers ensuring the projects are fully coordinated. With ten years of experience in all aspects of residential design, Michael has a keen eye for layout, design and retaining the integrity of the design in the build.

Linda O’Flynn

Customer Care Manager

Linda manages the customer care team ensuring our excellent client satisfaction levels are maintained beyond the project delivery phase.

Linda ensures all of our clients receive a detailed electronic property pack and leads the demonstration of the property to ensure our clients fully understand the operation and maintenance of their home. Linda manages our team of customer care operatives to ensure any defects are addressed swiftly throughout the 2 year rectification period offered by Oakbridge. Linda has worked in the property and construction industry for 30 years.
