Our History.
Founded in 1993 by Martin Hemmings, Oakbridge Homes Ltd is a private family owned business. It has grown to be synonymous with luxury property developments and bespoke homes throughout Hertfordshire and the Home Counties. During this time they have become known as the premier provider of high quality homes and earned an impeccable reputation for quality and service.
Oakbridge Bespoke operates as the design and build contracting division of Oakbridge Homes Limited, predominantly undertaking residential bespoke luxury homes for private individuals.
They also carry out the detailed design and construction on all Oakbridge Homes developments and other developers who do not have in-house design and build expertise. In addition they can provide in-house architectural design and planning services.
Oakbridge Homes Ltd remains the primary property development arm of the Group. It undertakes land acquisitions, gains planning consents and sells high quality property developments of both homes and apartments. Further information can be found here
